The beginning of IC CORPORATION goes back to 1995, when it started its operations in Caracas, Venezuela. This initial stage was characterized by giving several trainings to well-known companies such as Nissan and KPMG. Later, in 2006, the first commercial office was opened in Caracas. From there, large telecommunications projects began to be executed, among them the installation of a fiber optic network through the interconnection of CORPOELEC’s commercial offices in almost all the states of Venezuela, with the exception of Amazonas.
Also, the company participated in the creation of the 5 robotic warehouses of the MPPS (Ministry of People’s Power for Health). These warehouses were built in the states of Barinas, Anzoátegui, Miranda, Lara and Aragua. Then it was possible to carry out the Project of installation of sub-marine cable between Chacopata (Edo. Sucre) and Margarita Island (Edo. Nueva Esparta). The cable (consisting of four 115 thousand volt cables) supplied electricity to the island from the National Interconnected System.
In this order, all projects in Venezuela were successfully completed by 2015. However, during that time new offices were created in different continents. Thus, in 2011 IC CORPORATION was born in Orlando, Florida, and once operational, this office became the headquarters dedicated to both managing the projects of the existing offices in Panama and Venezuela, as well as studying new lines of business.
In 2011, operations also started at IC CORPORATION PANAMA. During this period, several projects were won, among them, the maintenance of the optical fiber to a company in Panama, in addition to other projects with the State. IC CORPORATION SPAIN became a reality in 2015 and from then on, a project to replace LED lights could be carried out.
Then, in 2016 IC Corporation designed in China a practical technology building concept through solutions called IC4S-X based on being self-sufficient. A concept applicable to schools, hospitals and communities that lack basic services. These solutions contributed to the fight against the environmental impact. IC4S-X consisted of 5 blocks: energy, telecommunications, water, waste, treatment, infrastructure and operational supplies.
During 2017 IC Corporation established the new business model called IC4S to contribute to the sustainable development of communities. The concept focused on self-sufficiency in systems and structures for: electricity, drinking water, garbage collection and connectivity services (internet). These 4 elements were addressed with a holistic approach combining innovative applications, green materials, renewable energy, water treatment, recycling, solid waste treatment and high-performance technologies to empower local communities.
In the American continent, 2018 meant that IC CORPORATION DOMINICAN REPUBLIC joined the list of offices around the world and more recently, in 2019, the corporation continued its expansion and diversification with the purchase of a cleaning products factory.
