In recent years, IC Corporation’s headquarters in the United States has focused its efforts on the residential construction business. In fact, the goal set in this sector has been to turn the corporation into an active and solid residential developer capable of competing with the largest companies in the field.
In that sense, the first steps have been taken in the city of Ocala, located in Marion County, Florida, with the purchase of lots of 0.26 acres. It is no secret to anyone that Ocala is known for its high quality of life – for residents and businesses alike – and for its low cost of living compared to other regions.
In general terms, the Ocala project consists of III stages. In this order, Ocala I marked the starting point and consisted of the investment for the construction and sale of 5 houses in Marion Oaks Subdivision in the equestrian zone of the city. These properties were sold successfully. After this, in August 2019 contracts were signed to develop Ocala II, a project that continued the business with the turnkey concept to build another 5 homes. For this, the previously used architectural plans were maintained. Likewise, these beautiful houses, once completed, were successfully sold.
For its part, Ocala III is in the process of construction and has made it possible to emphasize the work carried out during the first phases. In fact, the 15 lots acquired continually attract the attention of future buyers. In the beginning, this project involved requesting an independent traction building permit to create the 15 single-family homes consisting of a master bedroom, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, field, dining room, living room, laundry room, dry room and garage for two vehicles.
